  1. I do indoor putting, about 15 ' I've got a round disk at one end & a table leg at the other.
    Practice swing plain with tennis racket in mirror & keeping arms in tight into body, I bump n run as above lengths with 9 iron & 50°
    10 from 10 Short putts & medium putts (one of those machine which fire it back to you, saves time) I do something every day, record it on a wall chart, done this since last July ..
    Helped my up & down game unbelievable, but still hoping to get better
    Plus worked on mind game also, from videos like this.

  2. This works both ways. You can convince yourself you can't play a particular shot or hole. You have to tell yourself, and your playing partners, your the best playing your problem shot or hole. If you repeat it often enough you may not be the best but you will improve. Your playing partners will probably refuse to play with you, but improvements don't come without sacrifice.
