  1. Appreciate Video! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Paneevelyn Swinging Clubsman (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for revealing an effortless golf swing technique without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing success with it.

  2. So I am slightly confused after watching this video, watching the analysis of Henrik Stenson's swing, and then going back to this video again. Stenson appears to have a hip or "pelvic" turn of practically 0 degrees, yet he is a long hitter. This might be an optical illusion based on the camera angle, but the base of the line you draw from his belt buckle vertically upwards never changes throughout the entire swing.

I compared his swing to a video of myself and my entire left pocket was pointing towards the camera. Then I Iooked at his swing again and it was such a huge contrast that it startled me. I will note that I did really like the feeling/ease with which I was able to keep my eyes on the golfball throughout the entire swing [because I was not rotating my hips back so far], but I can't imagine I was generating the same type of clubhead speed. I do feel that tightness factor as though I can't make it past a 90-degree shoulder turn. I can get to 90 ok, but anything more is a stretch, literally.

In this video, you refer to the hip turn of 45 degrees. I am pretty flexible and can do both but I do not want to sacrifice a ton of distance if I have to pick.

Where does this leave me? Not entirely sure what to do with this newfound information.

    Thanks,

    Andrew

  3. The hip turn, thats exactly my problem. Thank you. In slow motion your head seems to stay in one place which makes me feel a bit better about my own swing. I was thinking you wanted a sort of lowering of the head and body into impact.

  4. Hi Clay      Great set of Videos.   Very informative.    I'm a Fan.
One question – How do you do the Overlays (lines and Arrows) in your videos.   They are great.    I want to do the same in my own videos of my swing.    Thanks    Nick
