  1. I have the Burner Superfast. It took me a few months to figure out, but I
stuck with it and now I like it.
I won it in a raffel, so being free had me give it time,,lol.

  2. Dude I wouldn’t shorten it. Since it’s so long and light, just shortening
it by an inch could wipe out any forgiveness in the club, and especially if
you are an amateur, you could end up slicing it a lot

  3. Mark, these reviews/comparisons are really lackluster for me. This is
because you complain about launch and length and the grip of all things on
the TM, however if you were to do an unbiased review you would get the same
shafts in both (not OEM made for rubbish) and could have them whatever
length you want so that you are purely reviewing the heads.

  4. I have the 2.0 and it has definitely been something hard to figure out, I
am actually getting the ping I20 on friday, fell in love with my first swing

  5. I have the g20. I have stiff shaft and 9.5 degree. My burner superfast was
regular shaft and 10.5 degree. G20 is more forgiving and hits same distance
    as the burner

  6. Agree re the length of the Burner. It’s the only way left to claim extra
distance but in my opinion people would be better off with a 45″ or less
driver like the 910. Fairways over an added 10 yards offline wins every day
    of the week.

  7. another great vid mark.im going to buy one of these drivers next month.have
only hit the ping at a fitting day and it went very high.im yet to hit the
burner, though i like the idea of a lower flight.keep up the good work.

  8. got the ping g20 driver and the taylormade burner but taylormade 3 wood
ping brilliant love it taylormade is to long agred with you but hit it
about 220 off the tee love it but took a while to get used to 🙂

  9. I like the grip on the burner. I just bought a 3-wood burner superfast 2.0.
It felt better than any other 3 wood I hit. It felt strong, nice at
address, and I thought the length was perfect. But I think ever since
Taylormade has released the new white drivers, everything has went downhill
and they’ve started slacking. I hit the driver like you and I didn’t like
it. They say since a longer shaft faster swing speed, but I felt like my
swing was slower and abnormal. Just my opinion though

  10. GET THE SUPERFAST 2.0 RE-GRIPPED. I played in the rain today and after
sometime the grip became very slippery so I had to grip the club very hard
when swinging. HOWEVER, I then hit a practice swing only to see the club
fly out of my arms and go 20metres up into the air and ito the nearby lake.
Thankfully I was able to get it back. I am now going to get it re-gripped.

  11. I dont play in the rain, as I live in hot, Phoenix, Arizona, but during the
monsoon season, when you sweat all day, a new grip really makes a
difference. I won my Superfast in the HeathWealth raffle. I’d really like
to make it work for me.

  12. i not only got my burner 2.0 re-gripped i got the thing shortened by 2″
because i just could not control this beast and i was constantly missing
the sweet spot and i was averaging about 250ish with it but now that i have
it at 44.5″ long i hit the sweet spot every time and i average about
275-290 with it and i couldn’t be more happy with my driver

  13. @GolferPapa most people just keep the stock shaft in a driver and he’s not
reviewing the head but the hole club how most people buy it and keep
it(stock) it is not unbiased he is being factual and doing a true test of
what the club is like and not just the head.

  14. I have the Burner 2.0 my coach told me to get it cut down 2 inches, I cut
off 1.5 inches, its stupid long. I’m 5’10” dont know about other people but
I had it regripped as well and just had to shorten it. Other than that it
definitely hits the ball far, when I first had it, I hit it over the fence
(300+ yards) and yes it’s really really loud.
