I play the 718 mb and I love them. I wasnt as impressed with the taylormade but that's just me
718 mb for me . Love how similar people it is

If I owned a set of either of those, I would sleep with them, they are so sexy.
Rick with your swing a 7 iron is to easy to to hit for comparsion would like to see same test with a 4 iron in these bad boy bladed , tsylormade for me ?
I have an ancient set of forged blades, and they feel identical to modern blades. I realize part of the problem is that I'm not good enough to benefit from the subtleties of development, but I suspect a huge part of it is also down to the fact that you can't really change much with a forged blade… So as sexy as they look (oh, and mine still look the dogs bollocks as well), I struggle to make a case to the wife as to why I should fork out the better part of 1k on a set of 718's…
What about price point
I’m a Titleist man but the Taylormade edge it on looks in my opinion, it has to stay all square as you’ve tested them you can’t say otherwise unless you’ve actually tested both at the same time. These are proper players irons look great in your bag but unless you have a serious serious game then get something more to your ability and handicap otherwise it could really damage your handicap.

I like Taylormade p730
Hitting 2 forged blades in a small room into a nylon screen tells us nothing. Get out on the course with a goPro camera. Discuss sound, turf interaction, flight, etc. It's like trying to discern which brand of purified water you prefer to take a bath in.
would love to see these two irons head to head with the new mizuno mp 18s
718 is better looking but of all the blades, Mizuno's MP-18 is as clean as it gets.
I vote on Taylormade, only cuz I already have the Rocketbladze irons and need upgrade so if they are same price thats my choice
You should have hit the TaylorMade irons with the TaylorMade TP5 balls
