My set of golf clubs is not what you would think. It would be easy for me to get free clubs from most any manufacturers for free. So why is my driver 9 years old, my 3 wood 11 years old, and my hybrid 7 years old? Find out in this video.

I look forward to working with you much more in the future with Top Speed Golf. Good luck with your golf.

  1. Maybe instead of making a deal with a single club manufacturer, you make a deal with a fitter and video your fitting process and be able to try any and all brands that might fit you swing. I have a fitting with Club Champion scheduled but would really like to see how that process would go with someone at your level of play and experience.

  2. Appreciate the honest insight. My opinion is that you should go get a great sponsor, but make sure it’s a good fit for you as a manufacturer and not just the richest deal. All the best…

  3. Sell out and don't stop being honest and if you do review to a shit product they should know . If you need a second opinion I can always help you out, pm me for my mailing address.?

  4. My advise to golfers, spend your money on lessons not marketing. For those who don’t, someone will buy your clubs on eBay. My advise to Clay, it’s ok to make money if you do it with integrity. At some point you won’t be able to buy those antique replacements for your bag. So review new equipment, and we know what to buy on eBay in the future.

  5. I've watched a lot of your videos and haven't seen a lot of equipment reviews, so my opinion is do what's best for you and your family. If you start reviewing equipment and making comparisons between manufacturers, make sure whichever sponsor you choose allows you to remain unbiased. Keep up the great work!

  6. Maybe get a sponsorship from a large online golf shop and they could loan you different brands of clubs to try out. Then you wouldn't be influenced by one brand of club as much. It might be tough to ever do reviews of clubs if you are sponsored by one brand. I imagine a lot of people already assumed you were sponsored by Titleist. Your channel hasn't really been about club reviews anyway. Whatever you decide just be completely up front about it which I believe you will. I joined top speed golf recently… I've watched so many of your free videos here that I already got my moneys worth.
