TI fusion apex is sexy. Some Cobras are. titleist cbs are. These are nice for the price .not really sexy, though

@Oro-xc7vg says:

AW and GW ?

@Drmills18 says:

I have these irons 5-AW and absolutely love them, great looking, fabulous feel, and amazing distance. I need to get a 4 iron for sure.

@RobDHamilton says:

I recently replaced my X-22's with the Elyte's, after hitting the P790's, Qi's (utterly absurd distances but low spinning), G440's, Srixion i350's. Elyte's felt the best balanced and nicest to strike. But as you pointed out the lofts are that much stronger than my X-22's that I suddenly have a PW at 42 degrees and my next wedge is a 52 degree. I opted for the 5-PW set and bought a Vokey 48 degree wedge to fill the gap as I couldn't hit my old X-22 4i, so didn't hold out much hope with the Elyte, and I've got 3 hybrid if I need distance.

@dangemmill5632 says:

James, I think these remind me of the Epic Max Fast that was out in 2019ish. Very stylish and beautiful!!

@DavidG-2025 says:

The bad 4-iron shots are carrying 170 and rolling out another 25 because it’s actually a 3-iron. Spin rates are 800-1000 low per iron because the number on the sole is always +1. I don’t see the point. Just put the correct number on the club. It takes nothing away from the feel.

@davidmeeks7449 says:

Well James, far from being overlooked, the Elyte irons are the star of the lineup. They look better than the ai200, they absolutely blow away the QI irons, they make the Zxi4 look like shovels. Even better players are putting the Elyte long irons in the bag. Hit one versus a p790 or a MP245. The Elytes performance is better and easier to get. No one cares if they are the same name as the driver. It could very well be the best hollow club a better player will find. And by the way, hasn’t Srixon been naming their irons the same as their drivers for years? There was a Zx7 MKii driver and an iron, same for the Zx5 Mkii.

@sarginho says:

James where did you get those trainers from? Cant find them anywhere?

@goingforebirdie says:

The problem I had with them is they went to all light weight shafts. Get fitted for best results.

@goingforebirdie says:

There are 4 irons, the Max Fast is their lighter version of the same head.

@runnerfig says:

Have been hitting the 7 iron. This club feels great. Looks great too.

@waywardwest says:

Played recently with my old Ping Eye 2+. Sure I didn't hit my 7 iron 175 yards but I did hit almost every iron in the bag and more accurately. Thankfully I still remembered my yardages with them. I think iron lofts have just gone crazy these days.

@johnmurphy6475 says:

It’s really hard for me to use anything but Mizuno irons

@TimOstrander-t8x says:

Have a set of HL’s on order

@mtnbyked says:

James, please do a head to head against these & the Apex Fusions!

@Andy-lw5ty says:

whats the point of hitting an iron a long way if you can't hit it straight.

@pachuco42 says:

I wish they were forged not cast. The feel on them is underwhelming.

@BenjaminJGold says:

Kinda has a T200 look to them?

@Lloydduffield says:

These will be the best selling irons of 2025 on looks alone

@stephencarlin7867 says:

It’s probably lofted to a 7 iron – Callaway killed Hogan – never forget. Refuse to use anything Callaway – Hogan icons are the bees knees. Don’t think you’ve ever done a Hogan review James?

@SFC-20 says:

Vector? Think you said Velocore.

@nevvanclarke9225 says:

Maybe it's just me, but I don't like the gold Diamond bling on the back which will just glint in the sun. It draws attention. I almost wish they made an iron that's not black but a mat finish iron almost in between a black and a silver one that's kind of old school like the old pings. I just don't like all those diamond back. Look to them oh my gosh maybe I'm getting old. They do look like they perform well but I think with irons we need to have them looking nice down at the ball.

@GolfCrowdsGregCrowder says:

I’m curious what you golf influencers do with all the golf clubs the manufacturers send you for testing?
They’re all stock clubs and performance is incredible.
Suggests fittings aren’t that important.

@NextFairwayNorm says:

Most clubs in the range are megger offset. These don’t look to offset. I’d use them

@paulaskey1508 says:

Sorry but I’m at a loss as to the “huge problem” you alluded to in the title ? You tipped your hat to them and really liked them ???

@socalgolf9978 says:

So they have these , Apex and paradym and berthas and like 4 models within each line crazy

Callaway releasing way too many clubs .

Same with TM didn’t Qi10 just come out now qi35

@clarkbrown5367 says:

Give that boy a microphone

@CraigBrown-w8e says:

Nobody that is looking at these clubs plays a 4 iron, should stop the testing at a 5 iron.

Also, using a moderate club head speed would be nice to see.

@JLP2X81 says:

They look identical to the epic forged but their chrome and the same specs. Best iron i own .
