How accurate is the scale? Does it translate accurately to your actual swing speed. I donβt use a simulator so I donβt know. Thank you

I have just bought the Hole In One and as mentioned in the video set it really low to begin with and you should get it clicking, then move it up slowly. I am currently on 48 mph and that is fairly close to what used to be my normal swing when I was hitting the ball well and that would be about 230 yds with a driver. I also realise that my swing of old was very much what is being taught on this channel. My swing got ruined when I began shanking the ball and I believe this swing aid will help me rid myself of that ugly thing as well as getting my rhythm back. Don't worry about the mph settings as they are not going to be that accurate, instead focus on relaxing, cocking the wrists and some forearm turn on the way up and down. If your relaxed enough most of that should happen quite naturally anyway. Smooth and natural, swing don't hit!
What I figured It out, it is very important that the second click happen at the end of the swing. When the head is behind you at the finish. To make this happen you have to make sure your arms are really extended past the impact zone. Since I discovered that it makes a huge difference in my swing with clubs and ball. Iβm also surprised that I can repeat the same feelings with my club.
I think this is good for flippers, not body swing

Is the swing caddie not for engaging the legs rather than swinging with your arms from the top of your swing?

Hi, I received mine today and it has left me confused. The markings on it could give one the impression that you should be swinging faster as you go up through the bag which I know is not true. What do the speeds even mean without a club? What "clicking" speed is fast enough or should one keep trying to swing faster and faster to work their way up? Thanks!
