Great discussion brothers!
your grip and y shape is not absolutely hogans
I love when a "drill" is just a guy hitting a ball.
John Schlee was Hogans Apprentice ..i was John Schlee Apprentice for two years…thats why i play Hogans in tiurny plsy RIP Hogan and Schlee your Swing secrets are still alive and Punking all these light wieght ballless swings today on PGA..
Essentially weight forward at address just like it would be at impact…
Mr. Hogan actually had students ? How lucky they were
Moe Norman also does that. He presets his impact position and spine tilt. This makes the swing less complicated.
You've forgotten the Capsten Unfiltered Full Strength sticking out of your mouth.
A good lessen!! Mr. Hogan had a forward press to get that position and swing. Sam did almost the same.❤❤❤
This is stack & tilt. The weight is on the front leg at address & stays there thru impact.
Half swing…. more like J. Rahm….certainly not Hogan. !!!! ⛳️
Lmao!! How some people are using a great player to sell their craft!!! Your swing is totally dif from Hogan!! Go and sell insurance instead!!
How do you translate that into a full swing?
You're a chop Hogan never taught anything like that drill you lie
So…Moe Norman’s swing
This drill promotes a strong sHanK. I play the ShaNk and this is my go-to drill when I start hitting it flush in the middle of the clubface SON OF A BUCK 😠 but THIS drill here by Mr Hogan always gets me back into full ShAnK mode which, like a virus, spreads to not only my playing partners / fellow competitors but also to groups I come across in other fairways which continues to spread and infect the entire field, giving me a decisive unfair competitive advantage as their scores sky rocket and mine, do to having mastered THE SHÂNK, plummet.
Once you learn to play the.shánk with confidence, and learn to love the feel of the ball careening off the hosel of the club going 45° hard right, you'll become an unstoppable force in any stroke OR match play competition.
It's NOT for everyone. But for the elite shAnkers of the ball, it is NO doubt the edge you're looking for.
that's called a 3/4 knockdown shot
Does he move his weight from his left to his right as he takes the club back? I mean, wouldn’t you have to shift your weight a little bit?
