I just saw an AMG video saying not do this. I do not remember why they said that. I am sure if you do it too much it could be harmful but it helps me. I noticed Victor Hovland does this.. I think that is his name. I have seen others do it as well. It is very subtle in a lot of players. Some people do it like a trigger at the beginning of the swing.. they bump forward a hair then shift the weight back. Is that the same thing or is it just a lateral movement forward to trigger the shift to the trail side?

That looks like bumping the hip sideways more than dropping. Does it actually go down or just feel like it goes down?
