Describe Tiger’s swing in one word?
Violence.
He had some of the most vicious hacks I’ve ever seen a golfer take on the ball. But it was pure power. I’ve called him golf’s Mike Tyson for a reason.
I remember Tiger was criticised for dipping in the backswing during Sean Foley’s tutelage. All good golfers dip somewhat in the transition and early in the downswing. But they are shifting pressure onto the lead side very early in the backswing but we only see the dip much later.
So powerful. Awesome
Look at his wrist! They are also so perfect at moment of contact. When I learned that it took away my slice and my shot on every club was longer. Almost by default!!!
This is such a trash pile of a video. You can literally draw a “doorway”between a golfer’s trail foot, his hands at the top of the backswing, and literally any other 2 points on the ground or in the air in front of him. Use me as a “Do Better” button.
Why not leave the "doorway" there during his swing?🤔
The arms lower in transition on the trail side, not in front. Words matter.

Shoulder goes down , if drop arms shoulder has no where to go but out = stall and flip and he didn't do that ! Worst advice is telling amateur golfers the "arms" go down !
Don’t like this break down at all!!! He is squatting into the ground, swinging his arms the speed he wants. His body is rotating in response to momentum of his arms and his lead hip opening up not rotating on purpose.
U can kind of see that whipping motion, therefore generating enormous compression of the ball………….⛳️
