the fact that we can see a blurring of the hands at the start of Hogan's down-swing, in these slow motion shots, is proof that he did not start the down-swing with his body. and blurring of the hands, and the lag, all come from his grip secret, along with downward pressure of the left side of the head which helps to accommodate this sequence.
