I bought the stealth+ 4 rescue just to fill a gap i needed in my bag. I run:
Driver: 10.5⁰
3w: r15 set to 16.5⁰
4r: 22⁰
6h: 28⁰
Irons: 4i, 6i, 8i, 9i
Wedges: 48⁰, 52⁰, 56⁰, 60⁰
Chipper: 42⁰
Putter…
I'm not replacing my 4i, as it's my favorite iron to hit. I just need a heavier club to get out of the absolute broccoli that my area likes to call "the rough rough", lol. ????

Probably keep hybrid it’s shorter in shaft length
I hit a hybrid out of the ruff much better than my 5 wood. Need to hit in the fairway more often I guess. 🙂
Thing is taht I distch the 4 Iron for H4-H3 and do not carry a 3W any longer for a 5W
I chip most of the time with a 30 degree HB . That alone took me from a 9 to a 6.
I have gone with Driver, 4W and Hybrid. I can hit the 4W consistently and accurately off the tee when needed, as well as off the deck. If you think about it, for most amateur players par 5s are three shot holes so the loss in not carrying a 3W is made up with extra wedges. Something to think about and try. The money ball of gapping your set.

I play a 3,5,7 woods, then 5 iron on down . I tend to hook hybrids. I can shape my fairway woods as well. Cannot do that with a hybrid for some reason.
Who TF needs 5 wedges??? Is this some sort of sick joke?
I just put back in my bag an old 5w.
I love it. High soft landers from 240/250.
I play D,3w,5w,4h,5i….
I also ditched my 4 iron for a 4H for high density rough, punch shots, low rollers and when I don’t care the yardage after it lands.
Love both of them even though the 4h can roll out to the same yardage as the 5w or even more.
My 5i is my 210-220 club, so there is a gap, but if I choke down on the 5w with a smooth swing it is easier to play and stop a ball on 230-240 than I ever was with my 4i and 3i.
15° 5 wood? That’s just a shortened down 3 wood. Right? 20-22° is 5 wood loft
I got rid of my Ping 3 hybrid for a Ping 5 wood, best move I've made in golf. My hybrid had to be so spot on and had zero forgiveness .
they need to bring back 2 and 3 irons its just another way companies are screwing us clubs have increased in price but with one less club
He meant the 5 wood has 18 degrees of loft not 15. Just clarifying lol
I LOOOOOOVE THE 5 WOOD ON THE TEE AND OF THE DECK.THE DRIVER IS OVERRATED HYPED CRAP.I USE THE 5 WOOD INSTEAD OF IT.THE BALL STAYS STRAIGHT AND ALWAYS LANDS ON THE FAIRWAY.THE DRIVER IS A PILE OF SHIT THAT I CAN NOT MASTER
I tried a 3 hybrid and a 5 wood. For the life of me i cant hit hybrids but i smoked the 5 wood. 5 wood all day.
I dropped the 6, 5 and 4 for a 5 hybrid AND 5 wood.
I find I can hit my 5W just as far as my 3W and more accurately both off the deck and off a tee. Took the 3W out of my bag and replaced it with a 7W. This combination works well. I carry a 4H as well but increasingly use the 7W for more accuracy. Many golfers from 10 handicap up would be better to ditch their 3W

I have callaway Mavrik max driver 10.5 degree, max 5 wood 18 degree, 7 wood rogue max 21 degree, just took my 5i out and got a 5h stealth 2 rescue 24 degree
I’m unorthodox and have both 3,5 wood and 3-5 hybrid and I love it hybrid’s outta rough woods when you need a lil more pop outta fairways
5 wood is better. You get so much more out of club. Much more forgiving. Better spin consistency. Better height. The only advantage i would say a hybrid has is it can be a more accurate club, in my experience.
