The European Tour season gets underway with the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, one of four premium Rolex Series events which underpin the 2021 season. Race to Dubai Champion Lee Westwood begins the season as defending champion in Abu Dhabi, and will be in the company of World Top 10 players Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas. Matthew Fitzpatrick, who claimed the season-ending DP World Tour Championship in December, tees off alongside Ian Poulter and Tyrrell Hatton, who is the highest ranked Englishman in the field. While Justin Rose, Tommy Fleetwood and Shane Lowry also feature in a star-studded field at Abu Dhabi GC. Can Westwood become the first player since Fleetwood to win consecutive titles in Abu Dhabi?

Aimpoint should be banned! Just read the putt and hit it! SLOW PLAY! 🏌️⛳
wow… and now he's working with Scottie
Ugh, putting, comes and goes…even for the best in the world
Still the axis putter but a different model….anyone know this model ?
No wonder it takes 6 hrs to play 18 holes 😢
My go to ASMR video.
Personally, and this probably applies to many other average players, starting a putt on the exact line intended is not difficult, but READING line and pace is a problem for me – capable of getting this so wrong. If this is true for most people then time spent on the putting green would be most profitably spent reading a different putt for every single stroke, in effect focussing on reading different putts, time after time until hopefully something clicks. Here's a seriously effective tip: get hold of a longish builders spirit level and place it so it reads level. Look at it. Does it LOOK level to you? If not there's something you can do to improve your putt reading. Look at the level and tilt your head a little to the left and to the right and you'll find a slight head tilt where the level LOOKS level. This is because one eye is slightly lower/higher than the other. Practise and remember this slight head tilt and use it when visually assessing break. Before doing this I could literally read 2 balls left as 2 balls right – more annoying than whacking a drive OB. This is a proven tip. I hope players suffering this problem see it and benefit from it.
I want that putting alignment laser
Watching this just reflects on how distinctly average I am at putting.
Really interesting to watch. The other thing that's interesting to me, is that most of the pros on this green choose to wear shorts. When will the tour emerge from the dark ages and allow all pros to wear them?
Great stuff Coach! Rosie is the man! Thanks for allowing the mics behind the scenes. LOVE listening in here! Amazing!
Going from this video to the masters first round…..2021
So Justins visual perception is slightly off so he needs to compensate for that.
