I love my g430 max 10k it works for me
Regret selling my G400….never liked the G410 or 425….currently with Stealth..
Is g400max a true 10k moi driver as this video compares it to the g430 max 10k.
Likewise, some say that g425max is just near 10k.
Please enlighten me with this
G400 LST is still in the bag for me. I’m around 106 club head speed on course, and G400 Gave me the same numbers as G430 LST both which the chrome tour stiff shafts on trackman when I tested it a few times. It’ll be tough to ever take it out of the bag lol
I really want a G400 stiff shaft to my bag of Ping Eye 2 irons. Would be a needed modern fit
15 years ago or so I was in my mid 20's just started golfing. I got hit into a titliest 913, 8 degree head with a rebar shaft in it, I made some swimg improvements, but really was struggling with consistantly hitting the fairway, I would be 280 in the bush, I was kind of sick of that routine, took a lesson and bought a G400 Max, 9.0 head, Improved my game drastically. My handicap dropped several points. I love my ping. When I started and shot 95, not that is closer to 75. I would never change that club.
I was able to demo the G430 and liked the feel and distance (roughly 260 yards) but still prefer the PXG Gen5 driver which at best I hit 5 yards farther. At 68 years of age I doubt my distance will ever increase regardless of driver make and model.
Just got a G400 max, mint condition. Gonna hit it this week. 400 max and 430 max are essentially the same MOI. I also bought a G driver in mint condition, excellent driver. G Drivers with stiff shaft are hard to find in excellent condition.
I had the 400 until my son gave me the 425 for Christmas a few years back. Of course my gift was with the exchange of my 400. Although the 425 is great I miss the 400.
I’ve got the g400 max and the g400 lst. Sweetness. I picked up a g425 max as well for the range bag. But gamers are the g400s.

I have a question. I currently play the Ping G400 Max. Should I upgrade to the G430 max 10k? I have never been a good striker of a driver but the G400 max has been the best driver i have ever hit. I'm just wondering if the G430 max 10k is actually worth the $600 to upgrade 🤔
Just purchased a 400max instead of buying the 10k.
Had TM’s all my life this year bought the 10k and it is freaking incredible. Long and forgiving. Unicorn
Have both the 430 LST and 430 10K. The LST is staying in the bag. 10K is not more forgivning and 5-10 yards shorter – at least for me.
Older guy with SS around 90, got the G400 at 11 degrees, only carry 225-233, but rarely miss a fairway. 2.9 index. Will probably keep this driver forever (had the G25 for over 10 years and it was also a great driver).
How about rather then spending 800 on a the 10K, just keep your shoulders more level at impact to keep the flight down?
Picked up a G400 Max last week. It’s a bomber and my misses are barely off the fairway.
My Ping 10K is a low spin beast. So low that I may need to get back in the gym or try a shaft with more spin.
Soooo G400 still the GOAT? I'd say yup. Half the price of the G430Max10K and equal or better in performance. G400 FTW.

G400Max – 9* (set -1*) w ping tour-R my last 6yr gamer and my scottsdale 2nd swing fitting couldnt beat it, was hoping for new driver but she's still my gamer! (some how i spin my 400max less than 430-10k, weird i know) 1.5 smash!
