Can anyone tell me why these pings donโ€™t have the notch in the hosel?

@OnTheSnap1 says:

Wow skytrack really sucks

@Tommy_ZM says:

Ping is better here.

@glennwisse6271 says:

They seem like some good irons. I have not seen anyone test the Elyte Max Fast. That would be nice to see.

@stevel3300 says:

I have the G440s. Very happy with them. In my fitting the 440s just hit better for me.

@darrenbell6376 says:

Great video been for my fitting today and i tried wilson dynapower forged, cally apex and these elyte and to my surprise the elyte blew me away. I took my rogue st pro 7 iron in and the feel, distance and dispersion of the elyte was far superior to my rogue pros. I'm off 5 handicap and these elyte ticked every box for me a players iron in a game improvement package

@mx-5driver406 says:

The Elyte looks and feels amazing, much nicer than the G440 and the P790 IMHO. I've compared them against many forged heads and actually prefer the Elyte to most of those, with the exception of maybe the Mizuno JPX 925 Forged which is a lot more expensive.

@jwilder2251 says:

Good review, I appreciate the many different camera angles of the actual club in real life. Most new club releases have a few stock photos and thatโ€™s all you can see

@davidboddy4207 says:

Can't help but wonder if Callaway have incorporated some kind of roast chicken technology into those irons, like a stuffing ๐Ÿค”

@fullsizerangerover says:

can you do a review of the CALLAWAY ELYTE IRONS vs the 2025 P790 irons? thanks

@lan2424 says:

I DID NOT WANT TO LIKE THE ELYTE! I play the Ping G20s- YES, +14 yo… like my scotch (with an early season 20 handicap, moving to a 14 by season-end). I am finally upgrading these old but consistent irons. I tested the Titleist T350, Ping G440 & 730, TaylorMade Qi and Mizuno JPX 925, as well as the Callaway Elyte in steel and graphite. I initially favored the T350 (better dispersion) and JPX 925 (wonderful softness, but erratic distances that were sometimes hot/long and made it difficult to gap with my Titleist TSr2 5h & GT2 7w that I am consistent with). After multiple testings with both steel and graphite, I settled (with the advice of my Fitter) on the Callaway Elyte 6-GW in the stock KBS MAX 80 steel shaft. The dispersion with the Elyte, for me, was tighter than the T350 and I had more consistent distance production (not longer) as well; letting me better gap my set for lower potential scores. I hit the 7i approx. 155-160 yards. I overcame the bias against Callaway and also found that the club was pretty freekin' appealing in looks and feel… looking more like a player's distance iron than a Game Improvement club. Finally, the steel shaft gave me a better feel and feedback on my strikes. The feedback I gained on my mis-hits was astounding… better forgiveness and more consistent distant production. I thought the graphite would offer the softness I desired, but it lacked intuitive feedback and control upon strike. I ended up purchasing the Callaway Elyte, Reg. KBS MAX 80 steel shaft, with a -1.0 loft and 2 up lie (My Fitter agreed on the 2 up lie in my transition from a white dot G20 iron). Who knew that getting clubs fitted by a professional actually works!?!?! I kept an open mind with my Fitter and was willing to consider the data and trust my instinct. David… a real, unpaid and unbiased reviewer. I definitely did not seek out the Callaway line of irons. Thx Trent, My Fort Myers, Florida Fitter.

@sevesellors2831 says:

Tried both and was very impressed with the Ping nicer feel and very nice to look at, more forgiving and nothing holds its value like a Ping. I was going with Wilson Dynapwr forged but for ease of fitting and back up will probably go for G440. Great review as always many thanks.

@paulkellygolf3671 says:

Good channel. Keep it up.

@RobinYee-xc9vf says:

Irons , A , iron B….both are looks good…( Early's years, compared to new irons ….will known,….which irons , do had plenty 's of value added ….)" Money 's….go and stayed….up , up , up ….the irons, of best …..great brands ….not limited, but, values up ….

@ScottBurness-w3m says:

How would the elyte compare to the Ai300? Especially for forgiveness

@paulmcgee1867 says:

Ping definitely looks like they have gone for a longer face (heel to toe) iron as a number of years ago

@brianbernstein7754 says:

Great review Fraser! Personally, I prefer the looks of the Callaway — although I wish it had the brushed satin finish rather than the high gloss appearance. Interesting that you liked the feel of the Elyte over the Ping G440. For me, I'm not sure a 2-yard difference would have much bearing on my choice. Thanks again!

@stephendibari5010 says:

New sub here, nice comparison video. Suggest showing ball dispersion, not sure if SkyTrack has that ability like Trackman and Foresight ? Not in the market for irons, I'm still content and happy with my 2021 Titleist T100S irons. Fully forged heads with tons of forgiveness thanks to 70-85 grams of tungsten in the heel & toe. My handicap fluctuates from 7 to 10, not that i cant play these game improvement irons, my ball striking with my irons are pretty solid.

@allenwoods1768 says:

Would like to see ZXi5 against those 2

@chrisengland1 says:

A few yards here and there donโ€™t matter to me – feel, looks, sound & consistency are more important so Elyte looks like my next iron set ๐Ÿ˜‡

@andythomas2796 says:

Good video thanks. Nice that you swing nearer to speed most of us lot do. How much yardage does one lose for each mph less swing speed? I'm old and slow at around 75mph.๐Ÿ‘
