Smash factor, clubhead speed and distance. What is the relationship between clubhead speed, smash factor and distance? In this video I explain the trade off golfers sometimes choose between increasing their clubhead speed and decreasing their smash factor. Is it worth it to try and get a few extra yards?!

How was your accuracy when you swung the club faster? My concern with increasing clubhead speed is that I would hit fewer fairways.
