Karl's played this event a couple of times and we came back again this year because it's such a great event run by a country club with a big heart. Thank you to the members of Kilmore Golf Club for encouraging junior golf.
Karl had been working on his driving the previous week after having had a couple of disappointing tournaments where he'd shot 82 & 83, so it was pleasing to see him hit almost every fairway and set up a good score.
All the players took a few holes to realize that their approach shots were traveling half a club further than expected. Perhaps it was the altitude, as Kilmore is higher above sea level than Melbourne city.
The field was seeded, so playing in the lead group made for some good quality golf, with the Overall Gross Winner coming from Karl's group and shooting a 69.
The video shows it anyway, but for the record, Karl shot a 77.

Word of advice, keep Karl away from girls and alcohol for as long as
humanly possible !!! hahaha

Yes, At the moment just the 4 & 5, but did also use the 6 until a few
months ago. Cheers
Yes, but Karl’s trying a few options for a putter at the moment, so expect
