Matt Rutledge of Fort Collins, Colo., won the 57th Tyrrell-Doyle Wyoming State Open golf tournament with a score of 12-under 198 at Airport Golf Course in Cheyenne, Wyo. Trey Herring of Harker Heights, Texas, tied with Dustin Mills of Arvada, Colo., for second place at 11-under 199.
