What is a meter?

@chezchezchezchez says:

9 feet DEPTH long enough for EYE MINI LITE?

@puddingcup2393 says:

can i still build if my ceiling height is only 2.7m?

@rap8349 says:

besides the optimal size, may I ask fam what is the minimum size?

@billsmeltzer6713 says:

I’m planning to build an outdoor building to make a sim room. I’m thinking 20ft wide by 40ft long. My wife wants to add couches and make it double as a theater room as well.

My question..in the video the buildings he spoke about were permanently on slab. Would a building on concrete blocks still work? As I don’t want to do a lot of Dirtwork and poor a concrete pad as it will cut into my budget by a large amount.

@kylehogue5933 says:

Building a sim room now….planned space is as follows: 10 feet high, 12 feet wide, 16 feet long. Any thoughts or opinions? I am 5’11’’. System wise, any limitations on simulator options? TIA for your thoughts.

@oblikas says:

I have 6 m width and 4.2m heigh to work with for my home simulator. I will be using GCQuad. However would you recommend and/or can I even use all that space for the screen?
If yes what are some of the projectors that would work with that size?

@rickschneidewind8205 says:

Ceiling 9’ 10”. Width 11’7”. Length 25’. I’m guessing it was built for a Home Theater room. What simulator would you recommend? Thanks, Rick

@electroelysium2281 says:

I'm 5'11''. I have 9' ceilings and I can swing without hitting the ceiling.

Will a 7' width by 10' depth work ? Maybe I should use a net instead of the screen ?

Also, is Skytrack/GC3 mandatory or would this work with a Rapsodo MLM2Pro ?

@Rydogg20 says:

Did you mention what size this room was in the video? what size is the screen? and room?

@CharlieMurphy_916 says:

My room depth is 4.5m (14.75 feet). Im 6'1 and need 6.5 feet from back wall to swing driver. With impact screen 1 foot from wall, this leaves me 7.25 feet to impact screen. Is 7.25 ft hitting distance to screen manageable?

@garyblow1 says:

Do you have a video that helps set up the wiring for a golf simulator?
What cables go where? I be grateful for any assistance

@FrankStelmes says:

Interesting video!
My room is 7m long, 4m high but only 3 m wide.
Would it be possible for me (187cm) to play my driver in that space?

@masondillard4327 says:

If I have 18 feet (5.5 meters), would I still be able to fit a sofa or chairs back there? Or should I make the room that full 6 meters? I can do it, but I'd have to lose space in the other room that it will be touching.

@kingbeeforever says:

What system should I buy for a 12 x 16 feet room with a 10 feet ceiling ?

@scotthucks7966 says:

Actually, I would have love to have known what is the smallest size room you could use full clubs. I can accomodate a 8×8 ft impact screen in my garage, but i have plenty of ceiling space and side space. Is an 8×8 ft screen large enough for a simulator?

@harrybailey3591 says:

11ft wide by 12ft deep would that work ?

@andycartergolf says:

Hi guys, Can you go 3m width and swing comfortably?

@chasebecker5559 says:

Is 9 feet in height by 14 feet in width good for a driver swing?

@romankacin8365 says:

Unfortunately, there were 50 free golf simulator guide books but they've all been given away. You now need to pay 10 pounds. In case you are thinking about signing up.

@tjsgolf says:

Hi Mitch been watching your channel from when you first made a hitting net outside and been wanting to do my own. Finally I have a garage but it’s around same as yours at 7ft 8” in height. I’m not tall so I can swing a 6 iron maybe a 5 iron but I need to move a support beam over. I’m hoping to put some videos on my channel and hope to use the garmin r10 as it’s such a good price for me. Keep up good work

@golffe says:

Hi Mitch, loving the content your putting out, it's great help for people just starting up.

@bighawk8081 says:

I have a 10 ft width room, is that wide enough to swing a driver

@candidaprout8441 says:

Move to Thailand and build one outside.

@Ryglado says:

Good info here. Question – Is a 16:9 or 16:10 screen proportion the optimum?
