Best (& easiest) drill for correct golf downswing movement sequence

If you want to make your best golf swings then you need to swing from the ground up on your down swing. Here is a really simple way to get you doing this and to improve your order of movement during your down swing sequence, allowing you to hit longer and strike more consistently with every swing.

  1. I am a player of golf and even when I have been at it for twenty years, I still had a tough time exceeding 90. I was not able to achieve an excellent round during the last 3-4 years right up until I finished reading through these golf swing tricks “Jοmtοnο Naha” (Google it). I am not effective when using my irons. My drive does not attain an incredible range but I can properly hold my driver with no trouble. .

  2. I've found the easiest way to achieve this lateral move is to lift the left heal slightly on the backswing and then plant the heal to initiate the downswing.

  3. Puh! Isn't there a large misconception here? You push down into the ground. That will load the left leg and clear the hip. Your upper body then follows automatically when down force created but "hangs" on until you push up from the ground and rotate upper body. Your hips cleared long before that..

  4. I can see the knee should contact the wall first but are you sure the hip should contact the wall before you have made "contact" with the ball? Shouldn't the hip be clearing and not contacting the wall until the force of the right side (momentum) brings you into a vertical finish?

  5. You give the impression that the handle of the club should go down the target line. Tricky….when one knows the club should go round the left side with the left arm folding. I think the club head should not stay on the target line. Maybe it's because you can't smash it into the wall!
