Your failure in expressing specific speeds has ruined all the comments.
Lol damn near everybody needs a extra stiff shaft by reading these comments.

@LeprechaunGinger says:

Finally something for me. I just swing at 118 for driver on avg.

@rufussthoo4083 says:

"Slow" and "Moderate" are relative terms. A moderate swing speed for senior golfers may be slower than a moderate speed for 'young bucks', and a moderate young-buck swing may be sloer than a slow tour-player swing. Can we (that means you, 2nd Swing) put an actual number on the swing speed you are referencing for each club category, please?

Guys your point on the more lofted mini driver resonated with me as just last week, I changed the loft sleeve setting on my PXG driver from 10.5 up to 12 degrees and I wish I had made that change sooner. I am 55 yrs now, played to around scratch all my days, now a 5 index and my swing speed is now way lower than it was but now with the higher loft setting, my tee shots are higher, longer and straighter. I urge anyone that might be in my position to give it a go. You may well be surprised..

I am a senior male about 5’7” and play off the shelf clubs. I went all in with Cleveland clubs this year. Playing the Halo XL full faced irons 4-LW a 3+ Hywood, a HiBore Lite 12 degree (9-12) driver. This driver is really forgiving. I have a 46” shaft and I play it at 11 Degrees flat. The stock shaft is 45.5” total. I just cut my long shaft down to 42.5”. I look to have lost distance as I go with shorter shafts.

Is the Ping that much more forgiving than the Hibore?

@christabor8662 says:

Your ticker says “ moderate “. Then you start talking about slow swing speeds. Annoying

@arrowheadftball says:

Swing speed's applying to men only Per Taylor Made, Titlest, Ping. Slow to moderate 65mph to 75 mph. Moderate to fast 75 to 90mph. Fast to tour speed 90 to 100 mph. Anyone swinging at 100mph and above with good control, and consistently is considered a fast tour swing speed. Note….you can swing 100+ all day if you want. That doesn't mean anything if your not in control of your contact. A comfortable swing speed should be capable of shot shape and workable distance control. If your not capable of consistently doing those 2 things on every shot you're swinging to fast, and you need to slow down. Most low handicap golfer's I know myself included swing around 85mph to maybe 95 if you're really trying to nut it. Swinging above that is possible. The loss of control though is massive compared to an extra 15 to 20 yards max. Having shot shape, and distance control is far more important to any golfer touring pro or beginner.

great info for me! thanks a lot 🙂

I’ve hit Callaway 7 w, Heavenwood, 9 woods since the early 2000’s. They beat any iron out there. Guys could not believe how well they played. All regular shafts.

@justapedn1 says:

Absolutely love my G440 LST. Hitting them straight, 250 at mid-90’s, 69yo.

@jamessipes122 says:

What are a couple shaft options for a senior golfer wanting a really flexible shaft? 81 years old with 7 iron distance of 125 yds.

@busman46 says:

This man seems to know the subject but he is not understandable. His words are muddled and slurred together like he is not awake or I’m sorry otherwise inhibited. I like 2nd Swing and have purchased many clubs from them. If I had understood the brands names he was recommending I’m sure I would purchase some more.

@juiceqc7716 says:

Good stuff gentlemen.

@mabsbry1318 says:

Have to replay often to hear what the recommended clubs are! It nearly impossible to hear them and they are mentioned so briefly, please put the list in the description, otherwise you will loose watchers.
