1️⃣ Lead Wrist Flexion & Trail Wrist Extension
Feel the lead wrist bow slightly and the trail wrist bend back in the downswing. This keeps the clubface square and stores energy for impact.
2️⃣ Grip Pressure Awareness
Hold the club lightly in the fingers, allowing the wrists to hinge naturally. Too much grip pressure can restrict wrist action and reduce lag.
3️⃣ Slow-Motion Practice Swing Drills
Practice half-speed swings, focusing on maintaining lag until just before impact. Feel the clubhead trailing behind the hands.
4️⃣ Impact Bag Drill
