So why would you match the Ping Max 10k against Two LS models with 430cc heads???? That's like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Chevy Malibu???? Very obscure review
The Smoke Triple Diamond is definitely a low flight/low-launching head, which I like a lot because I tend to hit driver too high. But it keeps spin down and ball speed is great. It's an extremely forgiving head, too, particularly with heel shots. And I love the carbon crunch feel. Great driver. These are all great drivers!
As has been mentioned already, if a little bluntly, this is hardly a balanced comparison. The Ping v the Taylormade Qi10Max and the Callaway Smoke Max – or the LS versions of all three. Then you'll be talking!
Putting a Ping Max against 2 low spin drivers is not fair or comparable test, hence video is waste of time
You raved about the DarkSpeed LS (called it the longest) and then didn't include it? Help me understand?
Yes I agree if you would have increased the loft on the triple diamond to 9° maybe even 10° because it is such a low launching driver with thats shaft it would’ve likely gained an extra 5 to 8 yards total. We know the results with the Ping would be as they were, they are focussed on tight dispersion rather than out and out distance. I think the cobra dark speed LS would be the top dog if it was included.
I'm surprised you didn't include the Cobra DarkSpeed LS, you were killing it in your review.
