Updated 1rm for: Flat bench 125lbs at 116lbs body weight.
I had wanted to go for two, and thought about it after the first rep, you can tell I hesitated to rack it, but I didn't feel like I had it in me. Would have liked a more solid pause at the bottom too, but it wasn't that heavy so I think next time I can get a solid pause and a second rep! Overall still very happy about the lift.
