I actually can't quite squat 2x my bodyweight yet, but that is my goal for my upcoming powerlifting meet on June 22nd 🙂 My 1RM is 215 at the moment. But when I compete I will weigh 114, so looking to hit 230/235 for that double bodyweight squat!!

Get your hips underneath the bar at the beginning. YOu want the bar to be directly over the hips. Right now you're sticking your hips back which makes the walkout and set up a lot harder.
