Coach Lockey says:

I know someone who swings like this at impact #LockeyMagic style haha

Golfing Idiots says:

Mark, I doubted this drill when I heard you say “think casting.” I thought
you lost your mind. However, I suffer from “downward angle of attack
syndrome” too. So I tried it at the range this evening and what do you
know, it worked. Thanks Mark for sharing your expertise.

Christian Andersen says:

It helped me to

Kader Khan says:

Morning! Have you thought about the Callabertha Golf Training Wizard, (I
went to google and it looks quite interesting) I heard some pretty good
things about the results other golfers have had with it, my father got
amazing improvement with it. Yeah cut 6 strokes in just a few weeks

Kevin mc donnell says:

Hi Mark, i watch all your vids and love them all. I dont have a smart phone
or android or anything, I recently messaged you here on youtube with my
swing video attached, could you please include it in one of your vids?
thanks alot!

Ball Striker says:

Drivers are the hardest clubs to control b/c of low lofts. I used to cast
my clubs and yes, I would hit the driver straighter on occasion but my
distance was horrible. I hit down on my driver with as much lag as
naturally possible and yes, I can still miss my drives left mostly, but the
distance is worth it. IMO, hitting down with club is a good thing. The only
club I would hit up would be the driver if I’m trying to drive over trees.
If you’re a person who hits down on the driver and are struggling a bit,
try using a driver with lofts between 10-11* and that will reduce the
amount of shot dispersion for sure and you’ll be just as long.

Doug Season says:

This tip is sooo sooo helpful it’s not even funny. Struck it so well after
I watch this. Thanks Mark!!!

Austin Farmer says:

Is this “feeling” for just the driver? I’ve recently found that, for me, a
more pronounced weight shift has cleaned up my iron/hybrid
swing/strike/contact and what not but I can’t quite seem to translate that
to the driver. Would this help me get the club on plane and in a good
position to hit up on the ball?

MARK PARRISH says:

Mark,
Is this video something that will help all “over the top” swings? Is it a
feeling of throwing the club head back in that direction or is a feeling of
pushing your hands in that direction? I’ve been working on face control
(dropping the club head)…would these two ideas work together?

Lachie Murchie says:

this course looks like finders golf course in victoria australia

yung preme doer says:

This is a great video Mark, this is something I experience myself so it’s
great to see you put something out like this. Thanks!

Tron Bennett says:

I’ve struggled with the safe thing he has and I’m just now understanding
why I hit my driver to the right. This video helped solidify what to do to
fix that. Heading to the range tomorrow and will let you know how I get on.
Thanks again Mark!!

Jamie Mclaughlan says:

I have got a feeling that this video is really going to help me. In the
past I could hit my driver and iron shots at a nice height and quite
straight, however it seems that nowadays I seem to be hitting the ball at a
much lower flight and struggling to get the ball as high as I want it. Do
you think that this could help me Mark?

James Simpson says:

Mark! Love your videos. Would it be possible to do a comparison between the
Taylormade tour preferred CB and MC? Or what would be your opinion, if
looking at a 5-15 handicap but I’m 17, and will be playing more golf
frequently soon. What would be the main reason difference in clubs? What
would you recommend? Appreciate it 🙂

Nightfly Nick says:

lag has done nothing short of disastrous things to my swing…
i ditched that “lag” business years ago and i havent looked back.

wtmk81 says:

Nice Video

Justin Martin says:

Awesome fix! So good for correcting path. Cheers Mark

HuntsCarpCatcher says:

Mark, should this apply on all clubs (apart from putter)??

zuutroy21 says:

App doesn’t work on Nexus 5…Been trying to send swing for weeks!

Jonathan W Golf says:

Excellent video and drill Mark.

angush78 says:

Your my favourite youtuber. U help me improve my game alot. I went from my
handi cap from being 20 to 15

slinky tempo says:

Very interesting, been trying to preserve lag (to hit down on the ball with
irons); so is it just the driver we should be throwing away/behind? Or does
that go for irons too?

Kenneth Bass says:

I will give that technique a try when I play this weekend.
