  3. Clarification please. When you first set the iron down, the blade was pointing to the trail foot. Next scene and the blade is facing the lead leg. Your lead foot is next to the blade. If you set the iron down with the blade towards the lead foot, then you wouldn’t have to move the shaft towards the back foot. Am I right in this supposition?

  5. The worst thing you can do is the deathgrip. Just strangling the grip. it prevents the club from swinging free and creating lag. And of course it prevents you from using your body. Good golfers use their body. Hackers use their hands and this is a sure fire way to be a hacker. Just strangle the grip. And you look so much better.

  6. A hack that I have started using is to place the ball manufacturers logo for me a lefty on the bottom right when setting up this gives me a swing thought of aiming for the logo seems to work for me.

  8. as you were setting the golf ball, I had the thought, if I put the logo on the back of the ball, then I have a reminder that's supposed to remain visible.

    also, I DO have a brand new driver, and every time I try to get to the range to hit a few, somebody has a crisis that requires my attention.

  9. Curious how you feel about the single plane method (Moe Norman swing). I just got back from the range. Mixed your tips on elbow position and paying attention to strike marks on the driver face with a single plane swing. Hit some of my best feeling drivers in a long time.
