  1. I’m a 7 index golfer 68 years old had a custom fitting for the T400 upgraded withTensi R shafts I have an 80 mph club head speed. The clubs when hit on Indoor mats produced longer numbers on the Trackman but when played on the course I couldn’t reproduce the same numbers or feel. The clubs feel very hollow The club lofts are as much as 2 clubs strong a 7 iron is equal to a normal 5 iron loft and the wedges have no feel Couldn’t give these clubs any recommendation

  2. Sophie, I am 68 ,driver club head speed at 80mph. Would you recommend t400 over Callaway big bertha 21? High handicapper with line drive ball flight. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

  3. One of the things I like about this review (and others I have seen from Sophie) is that it seems more applicable to my kind of golf.
So many other reviews seem to consist of phrases such as "… 190 yard carry, but then that's what I expect from my 7 iron". I'm not sure what I can learn from a review from someone who is hitting the ball that much further than I do.
Add to that a genuinely in depth review and it is really helpful.

  4. Great review Soph, thanks. Am going for a Titleist fitting tomorrow and at the moment think the T200 irons are the ones I like the look of most and are probably best suited to my 12 handicap. Keep up the good work.

  5. Soph, very thorough and extremely consumer-useful review, with full explanation of each club's difference and level of player's needs, as well as indoor and course trials. Really like the T200, too. They're a bit pricey, but I'm guessing many of us would love to play Titleist irons before leaving the planet. In G410s now, but those T200s are tempting. Again, thanks for a beautifully-professional review. ;>)

  6. Sophie. That was a great review. I’m looking at the T400 v the Callaway Mavrik. I’m going to check back to your earlier Mavrik review. I’ve had a Callaway fitting at my club and must say they were great and as much cheaper than the T400 probably the favourite. Titleist fitting next month. Andy.
