  1. This is useful. I currently have a very uncomfortable minor lumbar spine injury after not warming up properly last week before a round (got bumped up a few slots, should have declined, lesson learnt). I can't play and recovering I can feel the additional pressure on my lower abs from me trying not to engage lumbar spine as much as I normally would so strengthening that whole area going forward is my aim.
