Les Mills – New Zealand Golf Fitness – Tip 7 Leg Flexibility

New Zealand Golf and Les Mills are pleased to release the second series of golf fitness tips after a successful introduction to golf fitness in 2013. Last year, New Zealand Golf and Les Mills took golfers of all abilities through a series of screening tests to identify areas of physical strength and weakness with relation to their golf game. The series – which covered the areas of Balance, Core Stability, Chest and Shoulder Flexibility, Warm Up and Flexibility – proved popular with more than 5000 views of the videos across the five tests. The second series builds on that success with the subjects addressing their areas of weakness and taking their training to the next level within the Les Mills environment.This golf-fitness tip on leg flexibility is the seventh of eight in the second series.
