Youtubing different golf coaches is not condusive to improvement as it's like ADHD for golfers.. I know first hand. I Completely unsubscribed from all my old coaching/tips/technical channels and sticking with a single pro. No more distraction… It's too easy to chase your tail otherwise. So youtube is for golf entertainment only now and already seeing the improvements. Keep entertaining..

So I love Liam's approach and was a TGL subscriber but I hit a plateau. Went for a lesson with my regular coach and got stuck between 2 mindsets. I'll 100% agree that Liam's methodology is easier to take to the course but think going on the journey on your own and interpreting the lessons by yourself only gets you so far. Eventually you revert back to old tendencies and unless you can afford Liam's astronomical coaching fees (due to supply and demand – good on him), people will relapse. He should really build on his brand and start recruiting coaches around the UK that teach his method.

Take what Liam gives you, groove your own swing out of it, make sure you can confidently move Driver both ways – And attack every Round!

The Vlogs where great. Was dissapointed when you stopped working with him and tried other coaches, but didn't want to say cos not one of the the haters. But glad your'e going back with him and I hope things improve. Work hard with Liam and his drills and I'm sure you can start winning. All the best for whats to come.
playing good, consistent golf is all about comfort, bro.
can't be comfortable over the ball or under pressure if youre constantly flipflopping your technique.
find me one high level player who does that? every single one of them swings their own home-brewed / self grooved swings. even liam's action doesn't rly look like anyone else's, it's his own move, with his own unique stubby build and motor pattern.
his stuff will either benefit you truly, or it wont, but you wont know unless you give it an honest go (aka put in the time).
trying a bunch of coaches for 1 or 2 lessons and then moving on isn't gunna do shite for you. pretty sure even liam has mentioned that he trained under a guy for a couple years or something and that's who taught him the move that got him to a decently high level of golf (didnt quite "make it" though) and that's the move he teaches now.
gotta stick with something if you want consistency, and cant play high level golf without consistency. GL you muppet!
