Squats: 165lbs(?) for 7, was using kilo plates so not 100% sure what it was. Dropped to 154lbs for 2 more sets of 7, not shown.
Bench: 105lbs for a paused set of 3, dropped to 100lbs for two more sets, not shown.
Deadlifts: deficit sets of 4 using 185lbs. Trying to get more comfortable with sumo so I attempted a triple with 225lbs twice, only getting it for two reps both times.
