Nail Your Impact Position in the golf swing and then generate serious club head speed using the The Catapult Method.

In order to get compression and strike your irons better you need to learn how to strike the golf ball first then the ground. Once you know how to strike the golf ball you then need to generate power by increasing your club head speed.

This golf video shows you how to do just that.

ABOUT DANNY
———————–
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

Art M says:

Hi Danny, love the leading shoulder tip. Used your catapult thought on the drive and it worked! Tried it on irons and got more distance. Would love to get the holy grail of distance and accuracy with spin, can do either but not both. Any thoughts? I'm my case a strong grip held up in front at the end of the swing gives me the accuracy but at the cost of lots of distance.

Ross Duff says:

OH NUTS!! I was asking if you could apply the Elvis move and catapult method with drivers and fairway wood. You said to watch this week but you're discussing irons again. Can I use the two moves with my driver and fairway wood? Or do I need to develop a different swing for Drivers and fairways woods?

Haydn Howard says:

Hi Danny great video at what point do you release and not cast the club which is what I have issues with thanks

Chris Schober says:

Thanks for another great video, Danny, it all makes so much sense when you explain it! I'm especially thrilled about your advice to pull back my left shoulder! Also interesting to observe how different this video is from the way you helped Nigel two years ago to gain 30-40 more yards with his irons in "HOW TO STRIKE YOUR IRONS PURE"….

john smith says:

Very helpful and thank you for posting this advice – I am guilty of all the faults you mention, but find it impossible to diagnose these things myself. I have never seen it explained like this before; wish I had seen this 5 years ago!

Darren Mcgovern says:

Great video Danny, and a great tip for the shoulder, will be working on this, never seen this explained before, and am guessing that this is not only key but often overlooked. Thanks again

Judge Smails says:

Would you say that this is something that can still be accomplished despite carrying some extra weight around the mid section? Love your content! Keep up the good work!

Craig Hill says:

I used an impact cat that jumped the fence and used my garden for inappropriate business. Unfortunately, it was single use only.

Over Thetop says:

Mr Enthusiasm, another great suggestion, my left shoulder stops and waits for the chicken wing to show up.

Robert Bright says:

Thanks Danny. Great info. Have some questions but will go to the range and try to discover the feel first.
