Ok everyone just to clear things up. I thought Alans had cleared the water
so when we couldn’t find it I suggested drop one close to where I thought
it was as we had players behind us. After watching the footage again you
can tell it went it. Therefore I win! Ha
Alans first ball goes in the water! Or is it something wrong with my eyes?

Interesting to watch a PGA pro struggle so bad. Golf is a great leveller,
when you’re having a bad day it’s just so demoralising.
I’m just another mid-handicap chopper, from one day to the next (or even
the front 9 to the back!) I can play as well as I possibly can, and then I
can lose my swing completely and not know what the hell is happening. But
then you hit that one good shot again and that’s what brings you back :-)

Are you sure that was Alan’s ball that he hit on his 2nd shot on the 1st
hole? I swear his drive went in the water.
Shame that this course condition has deteriorated so much since Palmer
bought it, resort has just closed all locals lost there jobs. We all hope
someone new buys it and return it to the great resort course it was,
without the dinosaurs
How many shots did you actually take on the 1st hole, Rick?
So good to see as it proves that even the really good players have bad
days, makes us club players feel better.
Come on, Rick. Pull your plums out.

Finally a course I’ve played before thank you!, I played there about 5
years ago before the resort went into receivership it was amazing, only 10
at the time!
It took a pair to upload this vid, hats off dude! Sorry I had to stop
watching halfway through though, I didn’t want to get the shanks !
Shows that even Superman bleeds… Gives me a little confidence before
standing on the first tomorrow

Its the early starts Rick and no practice its important to warm up before
you go onto the course. But I understand that time is not always on your
side keep the vids coming.
