Fantastic video Rick. On setup are tl

LifeStudent says:

Best instructions yet. Thanks

Hop Daddy says:

Went to a lesson and the teacher was telling me to play wedges in the back of my stance (to cause spin) and to almost close the face so that the white dot on the bottom of grip was more toward my front foot… this can’t possibly be right.. right?

Simon Howson-Green says:

Love these very clear videos. I used to be a tennis coach – before my body got old – and pupils would say very similar things: 'but it feels so wrong. It feels counter intuitive. doing this doesn't feel natural'… etc… same with horse riding, skiing and even croquet.

Wayne Young says:

Do you bend your kneeds

T Z says:

Thanks for the tips. Lots of tips out there but yours are some of the best.

Facebook Ads For Beginners says:

awesome videos mate, thanks

president anp says:

I used to olympics weightlifting so the setup is very familiar to hanging cleans or snatches

KameHouseBoxing says:

His advice is gonna aid me in shadow boxing.

Fred Yang says:

Does it matter if the bottom edge of club in parallel with the ground?

Saulo DeGrandi says:

Great video man, thank u! This is gold!

Neil Evans says:

Another excellent video. Been playing a while but making me stop and check exactly what I'm doing.

Neil Evans says:

Another excellent video. Really makes me stop and think about how well my setup is (more of a curved stance, than a true up then pivot). Thanks

hodell82 says:

Great vid. Simple instruction, easy to understand.

Graeme Gourlay says:

Brilliant. I occasionally need to play for networking events. This is the first time I've seen this guidance on stance and "hanging arms". After 45 years of rare attempts at playing this one tip has made such a difference. I was leaning too far forward with arms too tense. I watched the series and then put into a practice at the driving range today. Some things I knew already, and it was good to get confirmation of them; the missing link of fixing my stance has made a big difference.

Preston Dolman says:

Day 3 of watching and rewarching these videos till I finally hit a single hole for par

Roger Dufour says:

My question on the setup is how much bend do you have in your knees. when rotating through the swing I tend to straighten my back leg and top the ball. Or I don't "push" through and lose a lot of power.

HellbenT says:

I would have liked to have seen more info on ball position in your stance relative to your swing. If the ball is on the ground and you put the ball way up inside your front foot for a 3 iron, how do you prevent from hitting the ground before the ball? Do you have to shift your hips that much farther forward for each club on your downswing? I understand having the ball forward with your driver when it's on the tee and you want to hit it on the upswing but it doesn't make sense to me for irons. You also didn't say anything about ball position for wedges or about open vs
closed golf stance for shorter and longer clubs.

Jesse Rader says:

Can you over or under bend at the knees? What is the impact of that?

W P says:

Beginner here, Really good information
