This was Seve and Olazabal's first Ryder Cup match as a pairing. It's the first round of foursomes and they lead Larry Nelson and the late Payne Stewart 1 up and need a par on 18 to clinch the point. Seve plays a brilliant long iron from the fairway bunker but leaves a long and tricky putt. This was the beginning of one of most enduring and successful Ryder Cup partnerships ever.
