Can Senior Golfers use the Stack and Tilt system of golf! The answer is a resounding YES! The system is excellent for the senior golfer. Extending, tilting and turning helps get rid of the flexed over head down look. Using stack and tilt will also help open your hips on the back swing which allows the left arm to orbit around the body creating more swing speed.

great stuff here…thanks so much… I'm 64 and it's truly helped my ball striking. I played yesterday and it was the most solid I've hit the ball in 20 years.

Jess
Great lesson
Thank you

@Vic78r says:

This video just showed me how much of an idiot i am. Of course i aleays hit over the top. Brcause i don't tilt on my backswing, my club has no room to hit from the inside on the downswing! 💡

@chrisroebuck1837 says:

This is such an important video and concept. For anyone reading this, don't ignore the importance of the extension piece. It's potentially the trickiest to get right but boy will your game benefit if you can put the work in. I re-watch this regularly. Thanks Jess !!!!

@DouglasWalkerBalataTour says:

As good as I can hit the ball 🙂 This system works and for me my back and hip felt very good. Thanks Mr. Frank

@stephenwellings4085 says:

Is there any tension in your arms watch bits off stack and tilt

@leemzgoogle917 says:

This is very similar to what is taught at GolfTec. However, when you overexaggerate the CRAP out of conventional teaching, you lose credibility. I've taken many, many lessons over the course of 35+ years of playing golf and I've never ONCE been taught ANY of the nonsense that you're claiming in this video. NO ONE teaches turning the shoulders "flat" and doing so doesn't automatically sway your upper body 2 feet off the ball like you're claiming. Look, I'm a fan of stack and tilt, I just can't stand when someone overexaggerates other methods of teaching just to make THEIR method look superior. You can make your point without resorting to nonsense.

Thanks Coach

Would like to see more on stack and tilt. Swing positions, problem fault and fixes
I like this segment your to the point quickly and easy to understand. A lot of other segments the instructor talks way to much

@RobjS-y8o says:

Stack & Tilt is the best method to get great ball striking.

@darrenhadden1037 says:

Awesome instructions as always Jess❤

@nicolenordlicht7200 says:

Though I am not yet a senior golfer, I found this video so helpful! I am a newbie golfer and have been having trouble keeping my arms straight and this video helped me a lot in terms of positioning myself correctly. Jess is a great instructor both in his videos and live on the course- I am lucky to live in South Florida and experience his amazing teaching in person! Thanks for yet another great video, Jess!! ⛳️⛳️

@donhubner3133 says:

Thank you that was helpful.

@tomeldridge2915 says:

As with so many instruction videos so much Time is wasted telling readers how not to swing. Tell me to extend and not to turn then move on. Sheesh !

@berndfischer1720 says:

I like your enthusiasm in explaining all the things or drills. Go on Jess!!!
