  1. Maybe left this question a year too late to ask but, for which handicapper is/was the M5 and also the M6 for as your didnt say? as now they are cheaper looking for a potential purchase as from other reviews the P790 are not the club for me as a mid to high handicapper. Thanks

  2. The golf industry is a huge sham. The PGA has very strict rules on the speed at which a ball can bounce off of the face of clubs, meaning that literally the only difference between one set of irons and the next is the pitch. THEY'RE ALL EXACTLY THE SAME…

Yet these companies create new gimmicks every year, and people review them as if there's some dramatic difference. THERE ISNT. This guy is really struggling to come up with anything at all to say. He spend half of the video talking about the sounds the clubs make. LOL, who cares? How about you be honest and tell people the truth for once? They're all the same!

  3. These super cranked loft irons may launch high like a traditional iron IF you've got your level of speed. Without speed (say a senior swinging the 7i 65-70mph) I'd bet they'll launch more in line with their static loft.

  4. Interesting. M6 7i spins like a 6i which given its loft seems fair. M5 was spinning pretty close to a traditional 7i despite being a 30.5 degree loft which is impressive.

How about doing a comparison between M1 & M5. That is 2-3 years of club development difference but what does it mean in the real world.

And yes I play M1s and really like them as they spin enough for me to have control on summer greens

  5. I'm on 15 hc and have M1 irons. I've been playing for 4 years and on the way down – in fits and starts. Aiming for single figures eventually but I'm 60 and time is running out. Would the M5 be a move across or can it take me to single figures no problem? Should I go for P790 or even P760 instead? I love them, but think the P760, and maybe even the P790 will punish my bad strikes too much at this point. A comparison between the P790 and M5 would be great to see where the families line up with each other!

  7. What frustrates me is when people say these iron spin really low. It you take the iron number off and look at the spin vs what loft they actually are. It is always strike dependent. They spin pretty close to what you expect with the loft. I am not a personal fan because I am looking for more control. Great video.
