Many moons ago I had horrible case of the shanks…..I went to a Bob Toski trained instructor and he used this very same drill to cure my shanks with a 2×4. At first I was hitting the 2×4 from out to in…..and after just a few lessons my shanks were cured and started to draw the ball perfectly. I still use this drill from time to time if I feel I'm starting to come over the top. It works!!!!

I found myself sorta of leaning back onto my heels just to miss the box! Still managed to somehow make contact with the ball though… LOL. I need work .. haha
Absolutely smashed the fuck out of the box I used.
Did this with a long cardboard box after watching the video. Put a ball into the box, way in to out path. I got work to do! Thanks for the tip!

Been doing this drill to fix my hook and it helps tremendously! Hitting partial swing shots as I build up to full swings has also made a big difference in my 30-70 yard shot accuracy which has helped my scores.
