In The Takeaway, Teryn Schaefer recaps the final round of the 99th PGA Championship, where Justin Thomas put on a show in his crazy maiden major victory, Rickie Fowler stuck around for the finish but teased us with a run of his own and Jon Rahm pulled off an incredible backward chip.
The Quail Hollow Club hosts the 2017 PGA Championship, the season’s final major, as Jimmy Walker returns to defend his title. In 2016, he closed with a 3-under 67 for a one-shot victory over defending champion Jason Day.
