Always come back to this when my sequencing gets off. But one thing I’m not 100% sure I understand. When he says “I hold my left side, I don’t want to lose my left side” at 35 seconds, what does he mean exactly??? I feel like if I understand that it would make everything easier. Any help would be great!!!

His swing look effortles but i think is not, he using the right muscle the right way and in right sekvens. I think he strech his body like a spring. I am now an old gay, before i could strech my muscle so the body reaction vas very fast forward. I did a fast backswing and explod forward. But it hurt my back. I try now to this again but its to hard, on a good day i can hit my 9iron 120 meters carry its like 132 yards. Well i fighting on and hope carry on some years more whatever. Fleetwood is my idol. ❤

I was doing an anti pull drill with the alignment stick at the 45ish degree angle close to the ball to prevent me from going over the top.
The biggest thing I realized is how when I cleared my hips on the initial downswing, that made a huge difference. The first pro I immediately thought of was Tommy Fleetwood!
