I play off 11 and chip with a hybrid around the green. its such a 25HCP move and people give me grief over it but they don't laugh when I get up and down all the time with it.
Nice. But, a problem is there's higher grass between your ball and the edge of the green.

The courses I play on in North East United States don’t have nearly this much short grass around the greens. There’s way more rough and a lot of times you are below the green. You’re forced to hit higher chip shots around the greens.
