Seem like you may have an answer for me. I have a buddy selling his Ai smoke irons. I’m a beginner, I need forgiveness. Is that a good decision for me?

Scotty have you hit the taylormade Qi irons, if so what do you think?
😮 have the ai smokes, with my swing I'm only get 10 to 12 foot of roll on a 6 iron. Maybe 5 foot of roll on an 8 iron. PW 150, 6i is around 185 190. For reference, I like them. But really not super game improvement. I get decent spin off of these clubs. I get high loft. So yeah get fitted. Prob use them for a couple years.
I swing fast and hard. My AI smoke 5iron carries 265-285. I drive with 4iron.
I had the best game with these ai smoke on my first day with them,.these are light, go far and hit smooth, however I also noticed none of my hits flew high like they did on my big berthas could be me needing to adjust or your right
I came from the taylormade m2 irons. Reg flex and got the ai smoke irons stiff. I have a pretty fast swing speed for regs so it was suggest I try stiff. Insane insane insane difference. I love the ai smokes. Background, best game was a 80 on a par 72, ONCE. Next best is a 85 and a few 86s. This year I’ve struggled with bad weather and slow start to the season. I’m hitting around the 90-96 range.
Today I played with the ai smokes for the first time and talk about distance improvement.
Iron. M2 vs ai smoke
5. 180 vs didn’t need it
6. 160-170 vs 195-205
7. 145-155 vs 170-180
8. 135-145 vs 155-165
9. 125-135 vs 145-155
Pw. 110-120 vs 130-140
Aw. 80-100 vs 100-120
Sw 60-80 vs didn’t buy one.
Insane massive 20-30 yard improvements same speed and it could also be the shafts being stiff but I’m smoking these ai smokes. Might get a 5 iron and a GW to extend but Jesus this is the best clubs I’ve ever hit in my life. It makes me truly enjoy playing the iron game and makes me want to not even hit my driver and just hit the 6 twice instead

ai smoke HL are game improvement irons not sure what you're talking about, why not just say that these irons aren't for me…the smokes are awesome you're a disgruntled individual….lighten up Francis

Quite possibly the most boring irritating video ever. How is this guy having issues holding 2 irons up seriously.
I guess everyone is different but I had the Ping high launch but they were anything but game improving. Heavy and stiff and not easy to hit at all. I replaced them with the Callaway Ai Smoke HL and they are fantastic. A real game improver for me. Striking the ball much better and the Callaway are seriously lighter in graphite shaft version.
I hit a stock set at TG and loved them, so I got fitted and bought a set…..cant hit them to save my life
