Elyte looks like a nicer club.
Ai SMOKE is a better looking!!!

I think these are the two ugliest drivers Callaway has come out with in a long time
The bottom line in the United States right now you can buy the Elyte for 649. You can buy the AI smoke for 399 to me. Thatβs a no-brainer.
Best deal is getting the Ai Smoke or Paradym for mad cheap on callawaypreowned

Iβm coming from an older driver. Iβm sure the comparisons from my driver to the Elyte are much different. I consider it an upgrade. Could I have gotten a new or slightly used AI Smoke? Sure, but why not get brand new if I can? Iβm not changing drivers or clubs every other year.
How much do you think the shaft played a part in the results?
What a surprise. No real difference to any other driver in the last 5 years
Ive got the AI smoke MAX and love it so much forgiveness and i think they are the best looking drivers on top and bottom of the club head

Your launch is always quite low. Why donβt you crank the loft up a bit for a higher launch and more carry?
I usually buy a new Callaway Driver every year. I think this will be the first year in a long time that Iβm going to skip it not a fan of the looks and the AI smoke has been working very well.
Nothing to argue about yoru videos, but your swing speed 110 mph and angle of attack are not those for average golfers 93 mph & -1.6 respectively hence the test could be biased
If I had to choose one of them on looks Ill go with the Elyte but I am interested to see if Callaway does a TD Max this year like they did with the smoke. I dont buy drivers every year but I will be getting a new one in 2025.
love your reviews…but explain to me how these clubs are an improvement over the B21 Big Bertha driver you tested 4 years ago. your SS avg was 112, ball speed 166.9, spin 2160, avg carry 297(!) and avg total distance was 334. it may have been made for older golfers but i bought the head and xstiff shaft separate online for less than $250 and love it. I won a free fitting in a golf tournament and going to compare my B21 to the Elyte and see if there is any improvement. Again, LOVE your reviews, but as long as i've followed you, i dont know if i've seen you hit any club as well as the big bertha driver.
I'm not a fan of the Elyte's look. Reminds me way too much of the Epic which was not a good club for me.
