This is a really easy drill that help get you swinging the driver from in to out. I have used this drill with a lot of my clients and they have said so many times it is “An Easy Way To Create an Inside Out Swing Path!”

All golfers want to stop slicing for good and add distance to your game. This really easy drill will do this and is an easy way to swing more in to out with driver. This will get onto the right path on your downswing. Use THIS drill and start smashing the driver, hit the golf ball straight down the fairway.

This is a really easy drill to swing in to out and more in to out. It is hard to find simple driver tips but this golf instruction video certainly is! You will get a more powerful swing, create an inside out swing path, hit the golf ball straight, hit the golf ball from the inside and most of all stop slicing your driver!

Happy Wednesday! Can’t wait to share the content from Scotland, just on my way home. I know this focus drill will really help you swing from the inside.

Will give this a try this weekend at the range! ????

Your visualizations are spot on. I used to use similar drills when playing soccer…sorry football…as a boy. I also want to call attention to your foot position (4:48). Rear a little back and front a little open sets up a much more natural in to out path. Few of us back in the day, ever got coaching regarding setting up with an asymmetric stance. However, it makes a huge difference. Thanks for your really your great content.

Alex

Great drill! Not only helped eliminate the dreaded slice but added significant distance to my drives. I enjoy your channel and as a relatively new golfer, find it a great resource for improving my game. Thanks

The second minor benefit is that you often see a weak imprint of the pattern on your club face! Went from smothering the ball and hitting down on it to at worst a gentle push. Many by thanks.

Appreciate the videos brother! They really do help to brush up my game!

@smp5577 says:

@dangemmill5632 says:

Alex, absolutely love this tip. So much easier to improve when you have a visual aid to help with your swing. Thanks again for the videos!

A ball you have played a few rounds with? What’s one of them?! They are still in the deep rough still or in a farmers field!! ????

@lutherhammett8612 says:

Thank you!!!!! The simple explanation I need to see what I have been doing wrong for so long. Changed my game.———FOR THE GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

@paulevans3105 says:

I put a dot on the ball on the inside and it helped me with my slice. It works for sure.

Sounds like a bit of the old in out.

Love this tip. It’s been something I’ve become a bit fixated on since buying the Garmin R10 launch monitor recently. Being able to immediately see the data of my swing path has enabled me to confidently make adjustments and see improved results!

@MrLovelysteve says:

Hey Alex. Quick question: I’m getting a new driver and wondering what shaft! I’ve looked online and wondering….my swing is between 95 and 98 so was thinking of getting a Japanese SR stiff/regular as I think it would be in the middle….a bit like my speed! Any suggestions?? Thanks

@simonefoley7830 says:

Now I know what I was doing wrong. Over thinking gets into your brain and you explain what it really is simple. Thanks again Alex, I have gained more confidence watching your videos ♥️

@marcusgeorge1825 says:

Hi Alex, interestingly, I purchased a new ball holder/sharpie combo last weekend as my old one was , just old. I actually enjoy the process of marking each ball and the reminders it provides. ????????????????

@theindooroutdoorsman says:

How is that LTD measuring up against your Radspeed?

@H2oGolf says:

Good luck to the lefties trying this ????????

@booboojones2590 says:

Alex, great video. However, I have a question…when I address the ball like you I tend to ‘pop’ out of ever so slightly and therefore hit thin shots. Any thought? Thx.

@patrickursomanno8861 says:

If I wrote "hole in one" on my ball, will that help me get one ? ????????

@reecealleston4705 says:

I find if I strengthen my grip, I have a tendency to snap hook everything, but also keep my wrists open with a neutral grip.. can’t seem to win ????????‍♂️
