Many of the flaws we see in our lessons stem from having a baseball background growing up and learning techniques along the way that DO NOT translate to Slow Pitch Softball (or work in baseball, but that is another conversation). We see loopy batpaths, poor starting positions, and lack of rotation / weight transfer.
Swing analysis with Eric from Vienna, Austria. He has a nice starting position and decent rotation and transfer, but batpath is loopy and too much motion spent trying to “lift” the ball with the arms. Swing simulator drills to correct. Jeremy Yates, Brett Helmer, Kevin Filby all featured swings in this episode.
