I just start golf 2 weeks ago. Had two lessons and plan to continue taking lessons. Played 9 holes two time 71 and 69. Looking to buy a set of iron, my goal is to break 100 in 2 month, I practice 4 hours a day. Should I get Qi or G430 or any other good options? G430 looks hard to clean, I am kind of lazy.

I’m year 3. Normally shoot around a 86-94. Had the m2 taylormade irons. Bought the ai smokes and holy smokes they are insanely good. Love them makes me want to buy the driver woods and hybrid

@Demonbogey says:

I have King Snake irons 3-pw. And a set of Titleist DCI oversized+ 3-pw with a vokey 60 and a set of Tour Edge JMax Bazookas ironwoods and I think I might have $160 in all 3 sets now I would love a new set just to see the difference in distance and control but I probably won't ever get that chance. Love your vids my friend keep them coming

@commycomentor9695 says:

I just got my AI smokes used/refurbished from Callaway for $400… 6-AW…
Super excited to take them for a spin

@TheDr00dboi says:

Glad I found this video!
I'm currently at 25 hcp and in the market for new irons, preferbly irons i could use down to around 10 hcp. I was looking at game improvement irons thinking they would do the trick…but luckily I found this video before going to the local retailer and spend 12.500 SEK (roughly £975). Instead I've just bought used P790's for £390 (yes I know they are to difficult for me) But with the money I saved I'll take lessons and spend time on the range to hopefully grow into these P790's.

@dekesd300 says:

You saye "let me explain" 3 minutes in and you have said absolutely nothing. Waste of a video. Why does nobody go straight to the clubs that suit "x" handicap, "X" swingspeed etc. Just a lot of waffle.

@thisispw says:

Had a visiting fitting from Ping, Taylormade and Titleist on 3 different occasions at my club. With the spec details I kept I have been able to buy second hand Ping i210 5-UW for £260. Woods and hybrids separately when on sale, all to my spec. Save yourself a fortune, there are so many second hand and on sale clubs out there. Great advice and information, well done.

@Nikko170 says:

This guy is dumb. Can't believe I even watched this.

@Runatta says:

I bought used I bought TaylorMade's M6 irons a driver plus a TaylorMade 56 TourSpin SW and a Daytona 12 Ghost tour putter for under $800.

@mhllll98 says:

I’m half way through the video and I’m still trying to work out what you’re trying to say

@darreldstudie7588 says:

I am 70 years old and just starting out playing golf in my retirement. I bought a set of Callaway Rogue ST MAX OS Senior used and don't plan to buy anything expensive new. These clubs should be enough to get me through a few years of weekend golf.

@lassejohansen3909 says:

I couldn’t understand if the dark speed irons were best or it was the aerojets can somebody pls help?

@jimbergmann8633 says:

Overthinking, for insomniacs.

@mauzer2k58 says:

What about wilson dynapower?

@dibnah46 says:

I made this mistake. Got fitted into the stealth irons when they came out playing off 26. Had a couple of lessons and had to change them as they just went too far. All my gapping went miles out.

@LuckyTheSaint says:

7:09 please explain in more detail how better faster players don’t need long irons?

@shawnwaters4137 says:

OMG THEY BEEN TAKING THE SHET OUT OF ME ! ! ! OMG SOB LOL LOVE U THANKS FOR WATCHING MATE AND GOOD DAY.

@SABjork says:

Great Video, very thoughtful. If you are just starting out, don't even go out and get fitted before you develop your consistent swing. Buy affordable game-improvement irons, groove your swing, then get a fitting and buy some very nice second-hand clubs and have them shaped for you. If you get fitted and your swing coach changes your stance and swing path, you may have wasted money on the wrong lie, shaft and loft.

@jamespark3399 says:

I have Taylormade Stealth irons but don’t launch them very high. I’m 68 with slowish swing. Thinking of the TM Stealth HD…..ping a better option?

Many thanks 😊😊

@ronburg6914 says:

i dont know if im slow but its hard to follow your basicly just saying buy used or last years model?? everyone already kniows thatr

@ItsBkaayy says:

Just got a set of Dark Speeds 6-GW for $500 Australian. They are basically brand new so I’ll be able to sell them for the same or even more in a year or 2 when I get better.

@apknox507 says:

Blah blah 😂

@Triss88 says:

I’m literally in this boat, looking for my first set of clubs, using my dad’s old Ben Sayers. Been looking at the Callaway Warbird full 14 piece set. Just don’t like the bag lol. But I’m completely lost which what to do.

@miguellujan4125 says:

I’ve purchased taylormade burner 2 and M6 irons years ago, both new, but a few years after they came out. In California, roger dunno or golf galaxy will have them at close to 50% to get rid of them after they’ve been replaced by the newest sets.

@MauGolf says:

I´m new to gold and i have a 3 iron. (which ocasional hit very well) why should I buy a 4 and 5 iron club and some of this sets?

@richardsiles8206 says:

I think anyone spending this kind of money for clubs is nuts. Buy a used set and enjoy your savings. I but a set of irons for $200 and sellthem later for $100- no big loss or outlay.
