She's a contortionist. She is out of position on the downswing so she twists her way out of it with her upper body. The arms end up to her side. Can't teach that to others.
In conversation with Woods and Rory, Nelly says she hits down on the ball with her driver, the ball closer to the middle, unlike them. ( not up as you say). On the head thing, Nicklaus (who wasn't too shabby) believed in a steady head, swinging around it as a fixed axis. He tilted his head to trigger the backswing ( much like Millar was duplicating). Best swing (iron or driver) goes to the dominant Korean ladies, but of course they’re not white nor Americans, so they can’t be called as having the ‘best swing’. Also, their putting accuracy is second to none, thus major after major is won by them multiple Kims and Lees. No wonder Nelly’s change in her swing is very much a blueprint of the korean style. Go figure. The best swing goes to those names you cant be bothered to memorize nor pronounce, but golf digest will never publish them.
She's lanky and thin I'm short and fat so find your own swing…like Nelly.
Just a weekend player here but I'm sure It's keeping your head over or behind the ball that's more important than the movement over the ball

On the head movement, Millar also acknowledged in the same video clip that was omitted, that Jack Nicklaus tilted his head slightly as a trigger but kept it still. ( believing in a still head) This is certainly not like the exaggerated examples of amateurs given in this video. Also, in her own words to Tiger and Rory, she hits down on the ball rather than up like most tour players.

It's also not physically possible. The neck muscles are stabilizing muscles not rotary or joint style setup.
If you turn your head, you tense those muscles. She is turning her head at min 2…
