When you bowl, you roll a ball down the lane, and you hit pins. When you throw, you just use your arm and wrist to toss the ball. I over practice and got trigger fingers on the left ring finger. I am trying to heal but losing patience. Am I at risk at damaging my finger permanently?
I'll try this. I get the impression that a lot of us hh golfers have a picture in our head of the path of the club being an arc which straightens out in line with the target, rather than finishing properly.?
This is prob part of my problem as I know I picture the ball strike as "hitting straight to the front" which I think affects my hip turn.
