Did you experience wrist pain when you first started with Liam’s methods Josh? I’ve just started with that sensation of throwing into the ground and unfortunately even though I’m striking the ball better I’m worried it will lead to an injury as it’s causing pain in my left wrist.

Is this for a draw shot? His left foot is slightly ahead of his right and it looks like the swing plane is parallel to his feet. It also looks weird to me on camera because it’s like he’s taking a step towards the ball to the right and not at the target.
